Unit “K” is approximately 320 square feet of office space that includes a sink. The rental costs are $2400 + tax per month payable on the 1st of every month. 

The rental cost includes: 

  • Reception service, weekdays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ensuring that your clients are greeted with a friendly face and directed to the right office.
  • Private use of this space, which is locked securely with a keypad entry 
  • 24/7 access to your office and shared open-concept space 
  • Utilities: heat, hydro and your own dedicated wifi log in & password 
  • 5 x flow memberships for you and your team
  • Discounted rate on all event bookings (excluding December) 
  • Incoming mail service delivered to your office 
  • Daily complimentary coffee 
  • 20 boardroom hours included per month, with additional hours being discounted at 50%

We require the first and last months’ rent to secure the space and a signed lease. As per the lease agreement, there is no minimum or maximum length of term to occupy the space, and either party can terminate the lease with 60 days (two months) notice which must be received/provided in writing. 

The space would be cleared out, cleaned and restored (if need be) to a suitable condition I.e. walls patched and painted – prior to moving in, at no expense to you. You are more than welcome to decorate the space as you wish (at your own expense) pending that prior to you vacating the space it is restored to its original condition (at your own expense)
